What should I expect when I arrive?

If you have reserved a station and paid online, you are almost ready to go. If this is your first time with us, you will need to complete a waiver. After that, you just check in with a team member and you're ready to begin! Have a waiver on file? Check in and go straight to your station. That's it!

is there an age limit?

Yes and no. For proper tracking of the player, we recommend a minimum height of 48 inches. Players under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The content accessible at your station will also be filtered based on the age of the players to ensure that it is appropriate.

I wear glasses or contacts. how will this affect my experience?

With contact lens corrected vision, you should have no problem in VR. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to allow glasses in our VR headsets due to risk of damage to the lenses. We are actively researching a solution to this, and you are welcome to try a demo without your glasses to see if the system is suited to your uncorrected vision. The effective focal distance of our headsets is 2.5 ft, so if you are nearsighted you will likely be just fine without glasses. If you made a reservation and cannot enjoy your experience without your glasses, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

can i play multiplayer?

Yes. We offer several multiplayer titles, and you can even set up local multiplayer matches with others in the arcade. Contact us for details about multi-station discounts and recommendations for multiplayer titles to enjoy playing with (or against) your friends.

do i need a reservation?

No. Walk-ins are absolutely welcome, but bear in mind that reservations will have priority on stations. We always recommend a reservation to avoid long wait times or missed sessions. Feel free to hang out in our lounge if you do have to wait, though.

what if i get motion sickness or vertigo?

This is not unusual, especially for those new to VR. If you are prone to motion sickness or vertigo, please ask a team member for content recommendations. If you are unable to continue your experience within the first 15 minutes, see a team member for a 50% refund.

do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We are proud to offer discounts to military/veterans/first responders. We also have discounts for multi-station reservations, and us for details.

i'm not a "gamer"...can i still enjoy myself?

Absolutely! Station content is filtered by difficulty to make it easy to find an experience suited to your level. We offer everything from cinematic experiences that require almost no player interaction to fast-paced platforming games requiring pinpoint accuracy and perfect timing. Every session has a built-in buffer for orientation, and our launcher environment includes a tutorial to help you get the most out of your experience.
